General Course Information
This course aims to familiarise such tools to the learners, who are regularly facing challenges in managing projects or are interested to take that challenge as their career. This course and accompanying short case studies will facilitate both tactical and operational level complex decision-making processes in managing projects.
No prior knowledge is assumed, however, basic skills in Microsoft Excel, and knowledge of High School level maths would be an advantage.

The course is divided into two modules (each for 1 day) as follows:
Module 1 (Day 1):
- Why Data analytics is important for modern Project Management
- Analytical challenges in a Project Environment
- Data analytics in Project portfolio management
- Solving case studies.

- Earn Value method for Modern project management
- Managing Big data issues in Project Management
- Data Analytics in Agile Project Management
- Solving case studies.
